We have a session for our u3a members on Wednesdays from 5pm-7pm which now has openings for experienced players at a cost of £4 per session.

We have a further session, for our u3a members, with 2 courts also at the Laura Trott leisure centre from 4pm-6pm on Mondays which is suitable for new players, which is currently full.

Games generally last around 10 minutes and players rotate between playing and resting. Although the games are played in a competitive spirit these are social sessions which allow players to enjoy some exercise in a friendly atmosphere.

For both sessions we have 2 courts booked so can accommodate 8 players at any one time. Games generally last around 10 minutes and players will rotate between playing and resting. The game is easy to learn and not too technical. If you have previously played any sort of racket sport (tennis, badminton, table tennis, etc) you will find the game easy to pick up and fun whilst also providing great exercise.

You need sports wear and suitable footwear (trainers) but all equipment is provided.
